For more than 25 years, Florida Blue Foundation has been dedicated to creating healthier communities across the state. By investing in community-based programs and providing families with essential services and support, the Foundation makes a meaningful impact, reaching about 10 million Floridians each year. As the Foundation looks to the future, it remains committed to building a healthier Florida, continuing its legacy of improving lives and strengthening local communities for many years to come. In 2025, the Foundation provided 519 grants totaling $18.9 million to local communities, with a commitment to improve health by impacting food security, advancing mental well-being, and growing healthy communities.

Florida Blue Volunteers are active in the communities where we work and live. Employees participate in corporate-wide projects such as our collection drives for food, school supplies and holiday gifts, and walks and runs to benefit nonprofits that address health issues, along with various other volunteer and team building opportunities.
