Each year, our community investments help an average of 10 million people in Florida access essential health and well-being services. We partner with local organizations to advance innovative programs addressing food security, mental well-being, health literacy, hurricane relief and more.
Employee Engagement
Florida Blue Volunteers are active in the communities where we work and live. Employees participate in corporate-wide projects such as our collection drives for food, school supplies and holiday gifts, and walks and runs to benefit nonprofits that address health issues, along with various other volunteer and team building opportunities.
