Register as a Potential Supplier
Thank you for your interest in doing business with Florida Blue. The portal provides access to the online registration system and supplier profile database.
Registering with Florida Blue is not a guarantee that you will be selected to participate in a sourcing event or other business opportunities. Acceptance of your registration does not qualify your company's status as a supplier of choice, supplier of record or an approved supplier. If selected, for a procurement event an executed contract is required prior to the rendering of any products or services.
Register as a Potential Supplier
Required Information
When completing the registration, in addition to your business contact information, you will need to provide the following information:
- Company Information — Legal Name, DBA Name, Contact Information
- Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- NAICS CODE — North American Industry Classification System for classifying business
- Annual Revenue
- State of Incorporation
Please ensure that we have the correct contact information (phone number and email address) to avoid delays when processing your submission. Once you have submitted your registration, we will review your information and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Your Company Profile
An accepted registration is the first step to establishing a supplier’s eligibility to bid on sourcing opportunities. When you are selected to move forward, additional information will be required.
Once your registration has been accepted, your company’s information will be added to our prospective supplier database. You must keep your profile updated with the most current contact information.
