Amy Ruth

Senior Vice President, Human Services Group and Chief Human Resources Officer, GuideWell and Florida Blue

Amy Ruth is GuideWell and Florida Blue’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). She leads the people strategy, talent management, total rewards, culture, and employee experience, and chairs the Board of Directors for GuideWell Source, Inc.

She is active in the community and serves with many different organizations in Northeast Florida including Pine Castle, Dreams Come True, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, the MaliVai Washington Youth Foundation, the American Heart Association, the Jacksonville Speech and Hearing Center, and Leadership Florida.

Ruth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Kennesaw State University in Marietta, Georgia and completed the Advanced Human Resource Executive program at Michigan Ross.
