Amy Ruth

Senior Vice President, Human Services Group and Chief Human Resource Officer, GuideWell

Chief Human Resources Officer Amy Ruth brings her extensive knowledge of human capital development and talent management to provide executive leadership for the company’s human capital, diversity, culture, and talent management efforts.

Amy is active in the community and supports many different organizations across Northeast Florida. She serves as the Chair for the board of Pine Castle and is a member of the Equality Means Business Advisory Board. She served as one of the 2021 co-chairs for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. She actively supports the MaliVai Washington Youth Foundation and the American Heart Association. She served on the board of the Jacksonville Speech and Hearing Center (2013–2019) and was the LUNG FORCE Chair in Jacksonville (2018–2019).

Ruth holds a bachelor of business administration in marketing degree from Kennesaw State University. She completed the Advanced Human Resource Executive program at Michigan Ross in 2017 and is a proud member of the Leadership Florida Cornerstone Program, Class 38.
