Farley Kern
Chief Communications Officer
Farley Kern is chief communications officer for GuideWell and Florida Blue. In this role she oversees efforts to enhance and safeguard the company’s reputation and is responsible for leading a portfolio of strategic functions including public relations, issues management, media relations, owned social media, executive communications, and internal/employee communications. Additionally, she is accountable for developing and activating an integrated communications strategy across the GuideWell enterprise’s family of companies.
Farley holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree from Duke University and has completed executive education programs at both the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
