Juan Chaluja

Juan Chaluja serves as Senior Vice President of Commercial Markets at Florida Blue, the state’s Blue Cross and Blue Shield plan.

In this role, he is responsible for the individual and group (small, medium, and large employers) commercial health insurance business at Florida Blue as well as WebTPA, the company’s national provider of third-party administrative services for the self-funded employers.

Active in the community, he is on the boards of the Florida Chamber of Commerce, Sanitas, and Triple-S (the Blue Cross Blue Shield plan of Puerto Rico).

Chaluja holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Columbus State University and has completed executive education programs at UCLA’s Anderson Graduate School of Management.
