Plus, you’ll save time because they offer easy access to other services like diagnostics and lab work all under one roof. Their extended hours make it easy to get appointments that fit your schedule.

Our Value Choice Providers have dozens of offices conveniently located in the Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Orlando, Palm Beach and Tampa-St. Petersburg areas. Spanish-speaking doctors are available at many locations. In addition, there are Creole-speaking doctors at several locations in South Florida.

Get primary care your way

Your primary care doctor is the foundation of your health care journey, there to guide you through all aspects of your care. That includes working with specialists and surgeons to make sure you get the right care when you need it.

When you see a primary care doctor at Sanitas Medical Center or Diagnostic Clinic Medical Group, a copay as low as $0* covers your visit and some diagnostic tests** like X-rays. Where offered, allergy tests and most allergy shots also have a copay as low as $0.* (Check your plan for details.)

Sanitas Medical Center has dozens of locations with primary care doctors for family medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine and gynecology. Diagnostic Clinic Medical Group has five locations in Pinellas County, with primary care doctors who specialize in family medicine and internal medicine. Plus, you have access to dozens of specialists who will work with your primary care doctor when you need them.

Diagnostic Clinic Medical Group’s extended clinic hours make it possible to see a doctor before and after work or school. They also offer convenient extended weekend hours at two of their locations.

Urgent care when you need it

Not everything happens when your primary care doctor’s office is open. No worries. Our Value Choice Providers for urgent care are ideal for non-life-threatening conditions like the flu, sprains and infections.

GuideWell Emergency Doctors in the Orlando area and many of the Sanitas Medical Centers do onsite lab and diagnostic tests, such as blood work, X-rays and ultrasounds. You’ll have shorter wait times than most emergency rooms and lower out-of-pocket costs.

If you’re covered by an Affordable Care Act plan, you have a $0 copay* for your first two visits each year. After that, you pay based on your plan’s standard benefit.

GuideWell Emergency Doctors’ three locations are open seven days a week, with no appointment necessary. They also offer emergency care for conditions like fractures, shortness of breath and kidney stones. Check your plan for your out-of-pocket costs for emergency care services.
