Camille Harrison Named to Modern Healthcare’s 2024 Innovators List

GuideWell Mutual Holding Corporation (GuideWell), a leading not-for-profit, policyholder-owned health solutions organization, is proud to announce that Camille Harrison, GuideWell and Florida Blue’s Medicare and Chief Innovation and Experience Officer was recognized by Modern Healthcare as one of the Innovators for 2024. Modern Healthcare’s Innovators Awards and recognition program celebrates leaders and organizations driving innovation that improves care, achieves measurable results, and contributes to the clinical and financial goals of the organization.

In addition to overseeing Florida Blue’s Medicare business, Harrison is responsible for GuideWell Innovation and leads GuideWell and Florida Blue’s customer experience and digital efforts. She is leading the implementation of a new digital operating model which will enable at-scale digital transformation. Additionally, Harrison leads efforts to establish enterprise-wide metrics and analytics to better understand customer loyalty and develop a common approach for executing work across the organization. Within GuideWell Innovation, the enterprise’s customer experience innovation hub, she plays a critical role in addressing important company challenges by identifying and delivering strategic, innovative solutions that help the enterprise better serve its members and communities.
