Hours: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. local time, seven days a week, from October 1 through March 31, except for Thanksgiving and Christmas. From April 1 through September 30, our hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday, except for major holidays.

Most of our Florida Blue Medicare Advantage plans offer non-emergency transportation to plan approved locations.

  • Modivcare App 
    You can use the app to:
    •    schedule or change rides
    •    see the driver’s location in real time
    •    manage scheduled rides
    •    text or call the driver en-route to ensure trips aren’t missed.

    Download the app using your smartphone by visiting either the Google Play or the Apple App store.

  • How do I schedule a ride?
    If your plan offers transportation services, you can make ride reservations by calling the Florida Blue Transportation Service (Modivcare) ride reservation line at 1-855-875-5194 (TTY: 711), Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

    You will need to schedule rides at least three business days in advance. 

  • How do I change or cancel a ride?
    Scheduled rides can be changed or cancelled by calling Modivcare Ride Assist (Where’s My Ride?) at 1-855-875-5195 (TTY: 711).

  • Log in to your online member account 
    Check if your plan covers transportation.
