Most of our Florida Blue Medicare Advantage plans offer non-emergency transportation to plan approved locations.

How do I schedule a ride?
If your plan offers transportation services, you can make ride reservations by calling the Florida Blue Transportation Service (Modivcare) ride reservation line at 1-855-875-5194 (TTY: 711), Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
You will need to schedule rides at least three business days in advance. -
How do I change or cancel a ride?
Scheduled rides can be changed or cancelled by calling Modivcare Ride Assist (Where’s My Ride?) at 1-855-875-5195 (TTY: 711). -
